Living a life of balance is our own responsibility. We must nurture our body and mind and build a life of true health.

Today, most of our personal health care has been given away and the root cause of many health issues is not addressed. It is time to reclaim our ability to take care of ourselves and remember we are part of nature’s community, beginning with the birth of our children, living on to become elders and then returning back.

My view on wellness acknowledges human life as part of Nature. We do best when listening to and living with the cycles and rhythms of our planet Earth. As a holistic wellness counselor my technique is eclectic. I embrace the universal system of Ayurveda. Along with this, I invite the principles of herbal energetics integrated with using food as medicine. During the recent pandemic, we locked down, completely unprepared. I understood then that I would do my best to empower people to create a greater level of health and wellbeing.

It is my passion to help you discover what works best for you, to create a more balanced lifestyle where you can attain and maintain health.
